The last installment for my AP art concentration (I had my portfolio reviewed wednesday and I just graduated on friday!!!)
So yes, Jimmy and Bitters here because I missed them like crazy and hardly ever draw them. I'm really pleased with how Jimmy looks, because she's closer to what I've always wanted her to look like. She's never looked very ferret-y, but I'm fixing that now. And Bitters, because you love him and I love him and together we can all be happy
(I had so much fun doing all those vines and curlicues)
True, these two where a way too long on vacation or something. Most of all - Congratulations for finishing the year! I had my interesting time there so I hope your portfolio went fine. Jimmy really "changed the coat" to say.
Jimmy's always been one of my favourites, and I love her hair here! Its so cute!
(Bitters is still awesome though )

All I can hope for is that one day someone looks back on their life, and sees that in some tiny, minute little way, it was made better by something I did.
What I like about your work is that I can tell who's drawn it immediately from the thumbnail whilst browsing, which is where I picked up on this one :3
Bitters and Jimmy are actually two of my favourites of yours, and I really like the idea of this. The words and their faces along with the background, placing them in places that they're not lurking, as if you as an artist are looking for where your characters have been and they're not quite ready to return fully yet.
Loving the fern motif, the collar/scarf on Jimmy and the cursive writing in the bubble (which seem to mirror the ferns!) :3

We love horses, we love drawing, we love gifts, AND we love Christmas. We're gonna combine all that to make Christmas 2009 on dA a seriously awesome one!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

Hey kids! The faster and harder you troll, the bigger the man you are and more people will sleep with you!
No matter who you are, I'll always love you. Even if you tear me limb from limb and can't fight your instincts to eat me.
